Who Is Responsible
Controller and Scope
This policy applies to visitors of narayana.center, people who submit inquiries, guests, and customers of the retreat center. The Controller processes information a person provides through forms and correspondence, together with a limited set of technical data generated when the site operates.

Core Principle
When Processing Is Lawful
This policy does not grant an unrestricted right to process confidential information.
The Controller processes personal information only when a lawful basis exists, for specific purposes defined in advance, and only to the extent necessary for those purposes.
A freely given, specific, and informed choice that the visitor may withdraw.
Steps requested by the individual before a contract is formed, followed by entering into and performing that contract.
Mandatory accounting, tax, and other recordkeeping required by law.
Keeping the site secure when that interest does not override the visitor’s rights and freedoms.
The Controller and anyone granted access to personal information must preserve confidentiality and may disclose it to third parties only when permitted by law, contract, or the individual’s separate consent.

The Site Works Without Analytics Consent
These technologies remember essential interface settings, including your choice in the consent banner. Declining analytics does not restrict access to pages or forms.
Analytics Loads Only After You Opt In
If you select “Allow Analytics,” the service provided by YANDEX LLC is enabled. It may receive limited technical visit data and process that data under its own terms and policies.
The site must not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, or other directly identifying information to Metrica through page addresses, parameters, forms, or events. You can change your choice by clearing this site’s stored data in your browser; the consent banner will then appear again.

Obtain information about processing and a copy of personal information relating to you.
Request correction, restriction, deletion, or destruction of personal information.
Withdraw consent and request that processing stop when no other lawful basis applies.
Challenge the Controller’s actions before Roskomnadzor or a court.

Explain how we may contact you, which information or action your request concerns, and enough information for the Controller to verify that the request comes from the individual or an authorized representative. A response will be provided in the manner and within the time required by law.
Storage and Security
Limited Retention and Proportionate Security Measures
When required by law, personal information of Russian Federation citizens collected online is initially recorded in databases located in Russia. Access is role-based, and organizational and technical safeguards, backups, access controls, and logging are applied in proportion to risk. Once the purpose has been fulfilled and no other lawful basis remains, the information is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
