A retreat center by the Black Sea in Sochi for rest, renewal, and travel with purpose.
Why Narayana
Six elements come together to make rest, practice, and renewal feel like one coherent experience.

Atmosphere
Forest, quiet, mantra, and a welcome sense of stepping away from the everyday. There is no need to force yourself to slow down; the setting does much of the work naturally.

Balance
Neither an austere ashram nor an anonymous hotel. Light-filled rooms, thoughtful grounds, and attentive hospitality have earned the center a 5.0 rating on Yandex Maps.

Plant-Based Food and Dining
A fully vegetarian kitchen, flexible meal formats, and balanced menus support physical ease and clear attention.

Service
Thoughtful service, clear organization, and close attention to detail free you from everyday logistics, so you can focus on rest and your own experience.

Nature
The sea is close, and protected forest, streams, and waterfalls surround the center. Walking, fresh air, and flowing water invite renewal naturally.

Guides
The center’s facilitators combine depth of practice with respect for each person, offering grounded guidance with genuine value.

Meat, fish, eggs, alcohol, tobacco, and recreational drugs are not permitted anywhere on the grounds. The kitchen and its equipment have never been used to prepare those products.
