Capacity starts with a rooming plan
The center publishes 50 rooms and a total venue capacity of up to 130 guests. A group of 45–50 people does not automatically require 45–50 rooms: the actual plan depends on room types, occupancy, other bookings and the dates you choose.
Spaces for the program
The organizer section shows practice halls, outdoor areas and equipment. Share your timetable, activities and technical needs so the team can check which spaces can be reserved for each session.
Meals and stay
Plant-based dining is available within the Narayana ecosystem. Meal times, menu, dietary requirements, room categories and any additional services are agreed for a specific group rather than assumed from its size.
What to send for a proposal
Include dates and number of nights, expected participants and facilitators, preferred room occupancy, daily program, meals and required spaces. The organizer team will confirm feasibility, terms and price in writing. A page about this group size is not a reservation or a promise of exclusive use.
